The Annual 'Chugs for Pugs' fundraiser for Buffalo Pug & Small Breed Rescue, Inc., is back for the third time at Flying Bison on Saturday, July 22nd!
Event Details
Bring your well-behaved and leashed furry friend with you as we enjoy an afternoon of beers, raffles, music, food, and fun to benefit a great local dog rescue.
-Lloyd Taco Trucks and Dirty Bird Chicken N' Waffles LLC. will be set up to provide food during the event.
-Pug owner & DJ Lydia Bflo will be providing tunes for us to shake our tails to
-Big-ticket raffle items this year will be a wheelbarrow FULL of liquor...and a beautiful patio swing chair! There will also be a 50/50 raffle.
New this year:
One of the brewery staff members adopted their pug from BPSBR in 2010, and on this exact date last year he crossed the rainbow bridge. Since he was obsessed with food, much like every pug on the planet, we will be holding "Duke's Hungry Pug Challenge" in his honor. The fine folks at WERUVA Super Luxe Pet Food will be sponsoring this eating contest (free to enter & open to all dogs who attend the party...sorry pet-food eating humans out there). The winning dog/owner duo get a custom-made trophy and a big gift basket featuring prizes for both dog and human!
Ages 21 and over, please.
There is no cover charge. A significant portion of each beer purchased will go right to Buffalo Pug & Small Breed Rescue. Make sure to bring some cash to participate in the raffles, as 100% of those funds will go right to the rescue.
