We are almost always at the Distillery! So if you are in town, and want to visit during hours when the Tasting room is not open - CALL US! We may just open up for you to take a tour or have a drink!

We are at the distillery everyday, except Sunday! Give a us call if you want to stop by and check us out when the tasting room is not open!
During Tasting room hours, under-21 are not allowed. You can schedule a tour with children any other time by appointment.
The Craic!
This spirit is a perfect blend of an old world recipe and modern craft distilling to bring you the cleanest, most refreshing taste of an Irish tradition the new world has to offer. Knockboy Vodka and Poteen that you will enjoy are based on the O'Neill family recipe which is over two centuries old. Originally made by Gerry O'Neill, in the shadow of Knockboy peak, Ireland. This family tradition is shared with you by twelfth generation O'Neill, Michéal, Mick to his muckers (trouble-making friends; the kind we really like). Each batch is crafted in a traditional copper pot still, much like those originally used. Every bottle is numbered by batch and personally signed by Matt and Mick!
