The American Grille is a modern, newly renovated addition to East Aurora. Being a stone's throw from the village makes us an outskirts gem. American Grille is for friends and families seeking a place where great memories will be made. It's a welcoming venue where fresh food, libations & good people can be experienced on your terms – high-energy, laid-back, or any point in between.

Love the sun, sand & socializing? American Grille combines them all. We have recreational coed volleyball leagues on our outdoor sand court, just feet from our patio bar. We have 11 Flat Screen TV's, Chexx Bubble Hockey, Ping Pong, Darts and live music every Saturday night for your entertainment.
