Nickel City Chef

During the first week of October, Nickel City Chef opens up the application process to potential challengers. As an organization, we seek competitors who are employed as chefs or sous chefs in independent restaurants, hotels, or country clubs located within WNY. Applicants accepted for competitors are notified in December, and tickets for our series go on sale to the public on the first Friday in January. You can find applications online after October 1 at www.NickelCityChef.com Season Ten of Nickel City Chef begins in Feb 2018. Tickets often sell out with a day or two, so be sure to get yours while you can.
