Our 19th of 27 straight free and inclusive Monday night community bike rides makes an annual tradition of Labor Day at the new Eugene V. Debs Hall
Event Details
The nonprofit social club in the Broadway-Fillmore neighborhood named after the famed leader of organized labor in America. Come early for Labor Day festivities starting at 4pm with live music including labor classics from Meet the Bacons! Join us for a 10-mile roundtrip ride starting at at 6:30pm sharp with two stops at CWA Local 1133 and the downtown mobility hub of GO Buffalo Niagara, which "works with commuters, employers, and property owners to promote sustainable transportation choices," including neighborhoods Broadway-Fillmore, Babcock, Hydraulics, Willert Park and Johnson along major streets Fillmore, William, Bailey, Seneca, Michigan, Clinton, Washington and Sycamore. We'll return to Debs Hall for an afterparty with food from Imperial Pizza, Pudgy Potatoes, Tiny Thai and original Buffalo mumbo wings from Lina Brown Young; Buffalocal drinks from Community Beer Works and Chateau Buffalo; live music from Tyler Bagwell and Slow Roll fellowship.
