GEICO employees in Buffalo are unionizing. Please support them and workers everywhere by celebrating with unions from across WNY and attending this year’s Labor Day parade in South Buffalo. This is a very exciting time for GEICO employees, as they are exercising their rights to organize for the purposes of collective bargaining, in response to low pay, no retirement matching, no room for career growth, poor treatment from management and several union-busting communications that can be read here:

EVENT INFORMATION:

11:00 am: Line Up – We will meet at McKinley Parkway and Dorrance Avenue

12:00 pm: Parade – Proceeds southeast down Abbott Rd, northeast up Cazenovia St to Cazenovia Park
